10:00 – 11:00	Boys 5 to 9 year old, white belts only Girls 5 to 9 years old, all grades
11:00 – 12:00	Boys 5 to 9 years old, yellow belts and higher
12:00 – 1:00pm	Boys and Girls 10 to 13 years old, all grades
1:00 – 2:00pm	All veterans 30 years and older, all grades All seniors 20 to 29, white, yellow and Orange All seniors 20 to 29, Green and higher
2:00 – 3:00pm	All 14 to 19 years old, all grades, male and female

Venue : Main dojo of Nippon Judo Club

Times : Session is from 3 to 4 pm.

             Optional mini-competition from 4:00 to 4:30.

Who can attend : – All female judo players, of all ages

                            – Any female (of any age) who has an interest in getting a good work-out without being thrown in that session. Jackets and belts will be provided, if required.

Cost : Totally free of Charge

To secure a place : just turn up with a positive attitude.

Special gi badges will be available at $ 10 per badge.
